Shipping policy

We request 1-3 days for shipment processing, as in from manufacture to handing to the box to the carrier for delivery. We ship as soon as possible, but due to shipping still recovering from the pandemic, there may be delays. We can't wait to prepare, package, and ship your orders!

Shipping times are calculated with business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. If you haven't received your order within 4 weeks of ordering, please contact support@planterfulpieces.com.

All items will be shipped from Tallahassee, Florida, so for those of you on the west coast or way up north,  your items may take a little longer to arrive compared to somebody who lives in the same state as us or in the south. Just logistics at work.

Items are shipped out by USPS. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so keep that in mind when entering your shipping information.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Any packages returned to the sellers that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after the package is 40 days old. Packages older than 25 days will be refunded as store credit.
